1. Only Registered users will be granted the right to submit photos and vote on other users submission.
2. Only 1 photo can be submitted per day, 0.00am. - 23.59pm. (deleting submitted photo will restrict
your right for resubmission until the following day.
3. Total score will be counted from the latest moving annual total (the latest 365 days)
4. Do not use any photos reflecting immorality or violating cultural, national, and religious views in
any way. Such photo shall be eliminated instantly by the moderator without any prior notice.
Any user who commits the malpractice repeatedly shall be terminated from the membership.
5. Submitting photos to the system means that users comply with the voting result and grant
permission to the moderator in terms of appropriate action such as adjust, move, or delete certain
photos.
6. Voting information is strictly confidential from all, including the moderator except for cases with
reported abnormalities. Further investigation of such cases can be only carried out with
granted permission from the owners of the photo. Refusal of required investigation shall led to
a temporally stall from receiving votes upon completion of the investigation process.
7. Immediate membership termination will be given to any member found using more than 1 login
account name.
8. The submitted photos must be taken by the owner only; using of others piece of work is strictly
prohibited.
9. Comments posted on the website should not be misleading or persuasive of others to vote
accordingly to your own judgment. Such comments are regarded as violation and will be warned.
10.All URLs or photos submitted into the system regardless of the ownership shall not be
further publicized for voting purposes.
11.All photos on the website are copyrighted to the owner and shall not be used or distributed without
the owners consent in violation of the copyright act.
Click "Register New". Fill in all required information.When done the system will issue a confirmation
email to the given email address. Registration process will be completed only when user confirm his/her
registration by clicking on the link provided in a confirmation email.
When navigating away from the
website, Click "Sign Out" to end your session.
Private space for your own submitted photos. My Album will keep only photos that had been
submitted within the last 365 days. You may organize your album - edit the detail of each photo/delete
your submitted photos. My Album also provides an alert whenever there is a comment on your
submissions.
Edit Profile
You may edit your personal information: email address,avatar,signature etc. Also you may receive
your "Pixpros Ranking Card" here
Pixpros Ranking Card (PRC) is HTML TAG that you can copy
and paste on your other websites for your convenient on keep tracking your scores.
Submitting Photos
Click "Add Image" to add photos to the system. The photos should be no larger than 200Kb.
The website will show each photo at highest quality within the height of 700 Pixels. If your photos
are higher than 700 pixels, the system will automatically reduce image size to meet the limitation.
However, you and other users will still be able to see the full size image by clicking on View Full-Size
button.
1. You may vote on each photo by giving score ranging from 1-5 and "no vote". Giving "No vote" will
not affect on Total Score and Ranking of each photo. However, voter will receive an
"active member score".
2. You can vote for each photo only once and you cannot vote on your own photo.
3. Vote is not amendable.
4. Giving comment on photos eligible only when you already vote on that particular photo. Number of
comment is unlimited.
5. You can delete any comment posted to your photos by clicking on "delete" button located on the
right hand side of each comment.
Quick Vote
Quick Vote button located on the top of the menu bar facilitate your voting by filter only photos
that you have not yet voted. When you finish voting on un-voted photos, you will redirect to Top
Photography ranking
Top voted photos can be sorted by category, by period, and by score type as detailed below.

24Hrs - photos submitted within the recent 24 hours
Week - photos submitted within the recent 7 days
1 Month - photos submitted within the recent 30 days
3 Months - photos submitted within the recent 90 days
Year - photos submitted within the recent 365 days
By Score Type
Point - Ranked by total score from all vote
Average Rating - Ranked by average scores (Total Score/Number of Vote Received). Average Rating
will be valid only when receive more than 10 votes, otherwise Average Rating will be zero.
STAR - Ranked by amount of stars. A star will be given to the highest voted photo in each period.
If being the highest voted photo in all period will receive 5 starts.
Latest Post - the latest photo submitted to the system
Photos submitted to the system with more than 365 days old will not be eligible to receive vote.
The score of each particular photo will be deducted from total score of each photographer.
These photos will be automatically moved to Hall of Fame. However. Hall of Fame will carry only
10,000 highest ranked photos. The photos with ranking below 10,000 will be permanently removed from
the system.
Photos in Hall of Fame will be ranked by STAR . In case of equal number of STAR , the
priority will be given to
STAR > Point > Average Rating > Latest Post respectively.
Ranked by the total scores of each photographer (the sum of the score of each of his/her
submitted photos during the latest 365 days). In case of equal total scores, the priority will be given to
Point - Average Rating - STAR - Latest Post respectively.
Hot Photographer Ranking
Ranked by the total scores of each photographer (the sum of the score of each of his/her
submitted photos during the latest 30 days). In case of equal total scores, the priority will begiven to
Point - Average Rating - STAR - Latest Post respectively.
Top Active Member Ranking
Ranked by Active Point, which received from the degree of participation within the latest 365 days.
- Add Image - receive 10 Points
- Give Vote - receive 1 Point (including "no vote")
In case of equal Active Point, the priority will be
given to Top Photographer Ranking.
In case of abnormalities such as inappropriate photos, wrong category, suspect of cheat voting,
members have a full right to inform moderator by clicking on "Alert Button" located below each photo.
Then fill in the reason of query.
Your query will be sent to moderators for further investigation which can be only carried out with
granted permission from the owners of the photo. Refusal of required investigation shall led to a
temporally stall from receiving votes upon completion of the investigation process.
